Centrally placed in Capri, the hotel is conveniently located right in the heart of all the action. It is just a short walk from the main square where the cable car drops you off, making it easy to explore the island. The rooms are spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay. The staff is professional and helpful, ensuring a pleasant experience for guests.

One negative aspect of the hotel is the lack of some amenities. The hotel does not have a pool or outdoor seating areas, limiting options for relaxation and enjoyment of the beautiful surroundings.

Beautiful hotel, very atmospheric with really nice staff. Breakfast very good (though hard to get a pot of tea!) and rooms extremely comfortable. Probably as we were on honeymoon, we received two chocolates on our bed each evening - lovely touch. Excellent location, right in the centre of Capri and beside the most delightful chocolate/gelato eatery.

The hotel is located in the city centre of Capri town. The hotel itself is well-decorated with design. The room is also really nice and spacious with a balcony. The staff is also very helpful and kind to us. I would definitely stay here again next time I visit Capri!!! Ps. there is a nice cool bar in the hotel too if you dont have anything to do at night

Totally beautiful hotel with great rooms & terrific location

I loved everything about this Hotel.

We had an amazing time at this luxurious 5-star hotel. The exclusive amenities and service were outstanding. The Spa & wellness centre was a great experience for us, with a fantastic Sauna and Jacuzzi. The night club and live entertainment were also impressive, as well as the amazing massages and beauty treatments. The restaurant served delicious food with plenty of options, and the bar/lounge area was perfect for a nightcap. We also enjoyed the stunning garden area and leisure/TV room.

The only drawback was the limited private facilities that were exclusive to certain rooms. However, this was a minor issue, as the location advantages more than made up for it.

The hotel had a great atmosphere. The staff was helpful and even helped us change our train schedule for the following day. The little details in the room and throughout the hotel gave it a special feel and we truly felt comfortable and relaxed during our stay. The breakfast was great and the terrace so pretty that it was a great start to the day. Location-wise: perfect! We would happily return here!

Staff in bar/restaurant could do with a bit of a nudge, ended up walking out of the bar one night due to not getting served & they weren't busy, just stood around talking.

Great stay in Capri! Loved the breakfast buffet and the friendly staff. The location is unbeatable, right in the center of town and very easy to catch a taxi. The convenience and overall vibe were a plus.

The wifi wasn't reliable, and the room lacked modern amenities. The view was far from impressive, and the soundproofing could be improved.

Friendly service and helpful when I needed to change my reservation and particularly went the extra mile when we had left our passports in the room and already left the Island. Good decor and location although Capri is generally expensive for dining. Is much more a couples destination rather than younger family.

We had assumed that the Hotel had a pool, which our daughter was looking forward to, and this is not the case - there is little for 'young' (7yr olds) to do at the Hotel and on the Island in general, although they were happy to alter the reservation when we explained this.

I loved this hotel! The location was perfect, right in the center of everything yet still peaceful. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially the bartender and concierge. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and they even upgraded our room for free! Plus, the place was spotlessly clean.

Can honestly say there wasn't a single thing I didn't like.

Nice location, friendly staff, big luminous and very nice rooms (frescoed walls and traditional tiled floors). You can ask for beach towels at the reception if you did not bring one (most beach clubs also offer this service). They will also book your return ferry/hydrofoil (for a small fee). During our sightseeing we saw some alternatives and we really recommend this hotel especially if you can book the room for about €200 or less! We also decided to stay and extra night and the staff managed to keep us in the same room/same rate!

Our neighbors were a little noisy! Maybe try to avoid rooms at the end of the corridor!
